CNRS alumni and the Île-de-France group are at it again, inviting you to a new gathering... at one of our alumni’s place!!
Our colleague and network member, Denis Guthleben, director of the Musée Curie, invites us to this new CNRS alumni meetup so we can come together, exchange ideas, and explore his workplace and its rich history!
What are the CNRS alumni meetups?
Since the "Alumni Day", you’ve been eager to build the CNRS alumni community beyond the digital realm and meet in person. The concept of the alumni meetups was born from this initiative: to connect with alumni in your local area, build relationships, and organize activities at the local level. Whether you’ve left the CNRS or are still working there, come share your experiences at the CNRS and elsewhere, and let’s imagine the future of the network together.
On the agenda:
5:30–6:00 PM: Welcome reception for participants in the lecture hall where Marie Curie used to lecture, followed by introductions and informal networking.
6:00–7:30 PM: Selection of one or more topics (public-private relations, mentoring, organizing the annual alumni day event, etc.) and launch of discussions. The goal of the session is to express ideas and develop concrete actions to implement in order to get involved.
7:30–8:00 PM: VIP tour of the Musée Curie, accompanied by Denis Guthleben
