🧩 CNRS alumni invites you to meet up in person!
First suggested during the World Café workshop at the Alumni Day on September 26, 2025, the concept of “Cafés-Copains” has now become “CNRS alumni meetups”.
These meetups have two goals:
👉 to bring the CNRS alumni community together in person,
👉 to work collectively to develop a specific focus for the network.
For this first pilot café, we invite you to take part in a session in the Ile-de-France region (location in Paris to be announced) during the month of November. Following a vote by alumni in the region, we are pleased to announce that we will meet on:
Tuesday, November 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m
to meet, collaborate, and engage on the theme:
“Relations between the public and private sectors”
During this friendly gathering, we will freely exchange our experiences, ideas, and proposals to imagine concrete actions together to promote bridges and insert the CNRS alumni network into the dialogue between the public and private sectors.
💡 On the agenda:
Open discussions on the theme and sharing of experiences
Collective reflection on courses of action to be initiated via the CNRS alumni network
Discussion on an implementation schedule and choice of future themes
Or even... opportunities for engagement via the web platform with the co-writing of an alumni guide!
If you would like to actively contribute to the development and growth of the CNRS alumni network, register for this first meeting or write to us so that we can export this format to other regions/countries: 📧 cnrs-alumni@cnrs.fr
